Long before entering the world of real estate, Matt had learned the importance of integrity, financial freedom, and a strong work ethic from his family while growing up in Olympia, Washington. He purchased his first investment property in 2009, and by 2010, he was a licensed agent enjoying a career uniquely suited to his entrepreneurial spirit and passion for helping people.
Matt rose quickly through the industry ranks. By 2013, he was managing an office within a large, globally-known brokerage, and after a short span of five years, Matt took over a regional position managing the brokerage’s top-producing branch and overseeing two other offices. During his management tenure, he obtained his broker’s license and continued to help his family, friends, and referrals buy and sell homes. In 2018, Matt decided to make a change and headed back to full-time sales. In addition to his many five-star reviews on Zillow, Matt also received the San Diego Association of Realtors® Circle of Excellence 40 Under 40 Award from 2017-2020. He founded Pacific Keys Realty in 2021.
Driven by the belief that luxury real estate is not a specific price point but an experience, Matt tailors his approach when it comes to helping families buy, sell, or invest. In his spare time, Matt volunteers for causes that have intimately affected his life. He travels as often as his busy schedule allows, but his favorite way to relax and recharge from his active real estate career is by spending quality time with his family and friends, especially soaking up every moment he can with his young son, Finn.
